The end-user license agreement between SUBMORITY Maksymilian Piszczek (hereinafter referred to as “Licensor”) and the licensee (hereinafter referred to as “Licensee”) for the use of sounds (hereinafter referred to as “Sounds”) contained in Licensor’s products. Please read the following rules before using the Sounds. By downloading and/or using the Sounds, you agree to be bound by the terms of this license. If you do not accept any of the terms of the license, do not use the Sounds.

GENERAL CONDITIONS
(1) All the Sounds are Royalty-Free. It means that the Licensee may use them with no additional future costs.
(2) Each purchased product is assigned to the Licensee for life.
(3) The Licensor does not allow Licensee to transfer the license to another user.
(4) The Licensor does not sell rights to the Sounds but only grants them to the Licensee.

WHAT IS ALLOWED
(1) The Licensee may use the Sounds for commercial and non-commercial purposes.
(2) The Licensee may use Sounds in his musical compositions in combination with other sounds. Composition means:
(a) Music pieces in general,
(b) Music pieces that are part of music libraries,
(c) Movie soundtracks,
(d) Soundtracks for TV series and shows,
(e) Game soundtracks,
(f) Ad soundtracks,
(g) Theatre performance soundtracks,
(h) Soundtracks for multimedia presentations,
(i) Music production for radio purposes,
(j) Sounding of video materials,
(3) The Licensee may edit and modify the Sounds for project purposes.
(4) The Licensee may use the Sounds without having to include information about the Licensor in his projects.

WHAT IS NOT ALLOWED
(1) The Licensee may not resell or re-license the Sounds.
(2) The Licensee may not share or rent the Sounds.
(3) The Licensee may not place the Sounds on external servers.
(4) The Licensee may not download the Sounds from external servers.
(5) The Licensee may not create commercial or non-commercial sample libraries with the use of the Sounds.

SINGLE LICENSE
The purchase of a Single License means that the Sounds will be used by one or more users on a single workstation. The Licensor allows the installation of Sounds on many workstations in a situation where the Licensee is their sole user or hires an employee who will only work with the Sounds.

MULTI LICENSE
The purchase of a Multi License means that the Sounds will be used on two or more workstations. In a situation where the access point to the Sounds is a server, the number of users for Multi License must be equal to the number of workstations using Sounds posted on the server.
